My Best of 2015 – { PURE 35mm FILM }

Happy New Year Everyone!

I was happy to assemble this blog as I have done for 4 years now !

WOO! 35mm film……….glorious, imperfect, groovy, scratched, expired, damaged, wonderful, gritty, humble, 35mm film !

I sorta fell in LOVE with point and shoots this year, I have roughly 8 that I rotate.

I always have one of them in my purse loaded with an expired roll of film inside to point and shoot when I see something or someone interesting.

I get them at my local thrift store, and I point-and-shoot-until-they-die.

For $3, you can’t even get a decent cup of coffee…so…yeah, that is my philosophy.

I shot some fun stuff this year!

2015 Highlights:

*Took the kids to see the Tulips at Mount Vernon, WA
*Went to Oahu for Grandma Napoleon’s 70th bday
*Took the kids plus Jasmine’s BFF Hannah to NYC
*We spent New Years Eve at Disneyland
*I acquired a photography studio space in Tacoma, WA
*Went on a sailboat ride around the Puget Sound

And I had layovers in some quite amazing cities that I snapped photos in;
